Graduate in architecture or mechanical field (vocational school accepted), Japanese N3 or above

You will be responsible for site supervision in the construction department managing the installation of industrial piping for new and renovation works at petrochemical and petroleum refining plants. You will instruct subcontracted welders and pipefitters, manage quality, schedule, and cost to complete the project within the deadline. Piping is fabricated in our factory and assembled onsite. Most sites are in the Keiyo Industrial Zone, with several projects in other regions requiring long-term business trips. New employees will mainly handle nearby sites.

- Graduate from architecture (architecture, civil engineering, etc.) or mechanical engineering faculty (technical colleges acceptable)
- Japanese language ability N3 or higher
Preferred Skills - Experience in pipework construction management

Cost management, schedule management, quality control, safety management, and other site management tasks

・Graduate of architecture-related faculty (domestic or overseas)

Construction management is a management-focused role rather than physical fieldwork. Specifically, responsibilities include:
Planning construction projects・Arranging personnel, materials, and heavy machinery・Managing safety and project progress during construction・Overseeing and directing the entire construction process

・Graduated from university within the last 5 years
・Science and engineering background (civil engineering, architecture, etc.)
・Japanese proficiency: JLPT N3 or higher (able to communicate effectively for work)
・Strong willingness to obtain the 1st-Class Civil Engineering or Building Construction Management Engineer certification

Manage civil engineering or building construction sites:
- Cost, schedule, quality, safety, and other site management tasks
- Civil works: roads, bridges, sand control dams, land development, disaster restoration (mainly public works)
- Building works: apartments, buildings, stores, public facilities, factories
Placement will be based on aptitude, preference, and experience

- Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N3 (able to work without communication issues)
- Graduate in civil or architectural engineering (including vocational school graduates)
- Experience in civil or building site management (duration not required)
- Possess a driver's license (AT permitted)
- Possess Civil Engineering Works Execution Managing Engineer license (Grade 1 or 2)
