You will work in cooperation with owners, general contractors, and design offices, as well as collaborate with skilled craftsmen with specialized techniques to advance construction projects. You will be in charge of sites around the Kanto region.

You will be responsible for construction management of industrial piping for new construction and renovation projects at petrochemical and petroleum refining plants. As a field supervisor in the construction department, you will instruct welders and piping workers from subcontractor companies, managing quality, schedule, and cost to complete projects within deadlines. Piping fabrication is done at our own factory, and the pipes are assembled on site. Most projects are at clients' sites in the Keiyo Industrial Zone, with a few regional projects per year requiring long-term business trips.

You will be responsible for construction management assistant duties at construction sites.
